Vivonu Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vivonu, we operate with a singular standard: excellence without compromise. Every product is crafted and handled with care to meet the expectations of a premium wellness brand. This policy reflects both our commitment to quality and the integrity of the products you receive.


Our Promise

If your experience with Vivonu does not meet our standards, we will make it right—swiftly, fairly, and professionally.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, returns are limited to ensure the safety and confidence of all customers.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window

  • Products not in their original condition


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email at support@vivonu.co.za.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Vivonu error.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take full responsibility for any errors on our part.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@vivonu.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

We will prioritise your case and offer either:

  • A complimentary replacement, or

  • A full refund, at no additional cost to you


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact support@vivonu.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Vivonu cannot be held liable for lost returns


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or dispatch.


Processing & Banking Delays

If your refund has not reflected:

  • Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction

  • If delays persist, contact us at support@vivonu.co.za for assistance


Policy Integrity

Vivonu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
We also reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or product changes.
